Compton Library
LA Law Library Law Collection, housed inside the Compton Public Library, in partnership with the County of Los Angeles Public Library system, is available to assist litigants, visitors and legal professionals by providing access to a “legal literacy” collection of materials to begin searching legal issues and gain familiarity with court procedures.
Computer terminals are available free of charge with a County of Los Angeles Public Library card. Material can be downloaded, emailed or printed.
Librarian Office Hours
A Librarian from LA Law Library will visit public library partner locations to offer assistance in finding information that will help answer legal questions, getting started on learning about the law or going to court.
Hours: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Second Tuesday of the month

WestlawNext, Lexis Advance, CEB OnLaw, EBSCO Legal Information Reference Center (Nolo Press books), HeinOnline, LegalTrac.
Copier available. Check with the library for fees associated with copying/printing.
