The Directing Attorney of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Immigration Legal Assistance Project and a member of the LACBA Immigration Section will present on:

  • The general requirements and process for becoming a United States citizen through the naturalization process
  • Recent changes made to the fee schedule
  • Common misconceptions that prevent an applicant from filing for naturalization
  • Issues such as arrests, convictions, extensive travel, receipt of different types of benefits, and much more
