Everyone knows someone affected by domestic violence. In this volunteer training, learn about a primary tool for addressing domestic violence: a domestic violence restraining order (DVRO). A DVRO can be a critical tool for survivors seeking safety. Learn what a DVRO does, who qualifies for a DVRO, and how to request a DVRO. This volunteer training is intended for litigators and non-litigators with an interest in pro bono opportunities to review DVRO applications or to represent survivors at their hearing.
