ON DEMAND: MCLE: Volunteer Training: Tenant Power Toolkit

This training will provide substantive knowledge for attorneys and law students interested in volunteering to assist tenants fighting evictions. Attendees will learn to identify defenses and complete responsive pleadings in an unlawful detainer/eviction lawsuit, plus learn about volunteer opportunities at the L.A. County Bar’s monthly clinic for disabled veteran and HIV-positive tenants held at LA Law Library.
