ON DEMAND: MCLE: Managing Stress in Uncertain Times
Class recorded December 13, 2022
During this entertaining and valuable class, you will learn a collection of science-based techniques for enhancing your mental strength and peak performance while under stress. Each technique arises from cutting-edge findings of neuroscience and will help you reduce your brain's “amygdala hijack” during those high-stress moments, and will help you activate your prefrontal cortex and higher brain regions. Importantly, each technique has been scientifically-proven to take only two minutes or less! There will also be short experiential exercises (with no pressure to participate) that will catalyze laughter and learning. So be prepared to have fun and to walk away with a collection of tangible tools that you can apply the very next day in order to build a stronger mind, grow your resiliency, and perform even better in your legal career!
