In California every employer with five or more employees is covered by the Fair Employment and Housing Act (for family and medical leave, 50 or more employees). Learn about the law of minimum wage and overtime, and about employees' rights to meal and rest periods both from the perspective of an employee and/or as a small employer from an experienced employment law attorney.
