The State Bar of California requires attorneys to complete a total of 25 hours of approved education credit every three years, including 4.0 hours of Legal Ethics, 1.0 hour of Elimination of Bias, and 1.0 hour of Competence Issues. LA Law Library is a California-approved MCLE provider and offers live MCLE classes, an extensive collection of CDs and DVDs that can be checked out for self-study, and an Annual Cram Day in January of each year to help you catch up on those last minute requirements.
- Attend one of our lunch hour speaker series programs. Sessions are recorded and available to view for participatory credit at a later date if you cannot attend the live event.
- Check out a CD or DVD to study on your own time
- Near the deadline for your compliance group? Attend our annual Cram Day, held in January of each year to complete your hours and earn the required specialty credits.
